I really don't know if this product deserves a three. I have only used it a couple of times. A couple of the covers seem really rough. I am partial to products that have more "jelly" surrounding the metal casing. I also prefer higher end products that escalate/surge. I would definitely use this product for neck or pressure point pain. To be fair, I am going to the product another try under water.
