Although the pump function is a really good idea, especially for those of us with reduced clitoral sensation, the unit itself doesn't work all that well. The vibrating function is incredibly loud and far too powerful for beginners. Also, the suction is impaired by the vibrating function, and it can be annoying to use the pump while your trying to orgasm. A great idea that needs to be refined and perfected by the Berman Center.

This was a total waste of money, the suction doesn't work when the area is moist, and doesn't work when batteries are in place. The vibrator is very loud. I was totally disappointed.
