Ordered the small and it works like a champ, however it has a tendency to slip out if it's not actively held in place, next time I'll get the medium.

I ordered the medium and I have to say that it scared the hell out of me when I saw it. MD & DL were completely right when they said that most people should stick with the small one. That said, I still am going to try it, once I get over the shock factor. :)
