Returns Within 15 Days
If Your Product Arrives Defective
Please Notify Spicy Gear Within 48 Hours. We will replace your item with an IDENTICAL MODEL For No Charge. If you wish to replace the defective model for a different product, the rules for "If you are just not happy apply with your product" apply.
If You Are Just Not Happy With Your Product..
Your satisfaction is one of our goals but unfortunatley, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a "Wal-Mart" type of return policy. We hope you understand.
However we can offer the following... You may return the product to us for a Spicy Gear Store Credit. Your store credit will be for the product's original purchase price minus a 20% Handling Fee (This covers the expense of us having the product returned to the manufacturer/ We do Not Re-Stock these toys.) Also, If you originally had your item shipped using our Free Shipping Option, your credit will be reduced by the amount we paid to ship you your order. The 20% handling fee covers the cost of sending the product to the original manufacturer for destruction along with their fee for doing this. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE PRODUCT'S BOX WITH YOUR RETURN. All returns we receive without the original box will not be honored and will not be returned to you. This box is required by our vendors for proof of purchase. All returns are shipped to the manufacturer for destruction.
Returns After 15 Days
All of our products come with a warranty card. DO NOT MAIL IT IN. We strongly discourage you from filling out warranty slips included with your product, doing so may put you on mailing lists. If a product you purchased from us stops working due to a manufacturer defect, we will offer you an identical replacement for the product. All you pay is shipping, handling and the required manufacturer Handling Fee of 20%. We will then act on your behalf and return the product to the manufacturer. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE PRODUCT'S BOX WITH YOUR RETURN. All returns we receive without the original box will not be honored and will not be returned to you. This box is required by our vendors for proof of purchase. All returns are shipped to the manufacturer for destruction. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA Number) YOU MUST REQUEST A RA Number FIRST. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA Number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
