I bought this with a few doubts because I was unsure about the little hearts, turns out they are really great; make sure you have some lubricant. Nice speed variability and it is not to loud.

Only thing I do not like about it is that if you are not paying attention you can twist the battery cap right off, which can be an unpleasant interruption and makes me weary of using it in the shower.
