The pelvic floor is made up of muscles that support the internal abdominal and pelvic organs. When, for various reasons, this complex muscle group becomes weak the effects can include loss of bladder or bowel control, loss of pelvic organ support and diminished sexual enjoyment.
To strengthen these muscles use the Rhythm Balls internally for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. These latex coated balls contain off-centre weights that move inside. Holding and rolling the balls vaginally, exercises all the surrounding muscles and strengthens the whole pelvic floor
