This is my first rotating shaft/vibrator. It is pretty quiet.
vibator on low is a little intense, but still not that loud. The shaft is a very comforable size. I ordered this because I trust Sue Johannson. The combination of the two different features is, All in all, a satisfying toy!

This is by far the best toy my wife and I have. We have a various assortment of vibrators, and this is by far the best one. The shape is perfect,. My wife came in less than 7 min on the lowest settings. I may have made a mistake, she no longer needs me! If there is one fault it is that even on the lowest setting, it is intense, this is how my wife put it. I would hightly recomend this for a woman to use, and for a couple. Just be prepared to show some restaint, or get off quickly! My hats off to Sue Johanson.
