Prostate Stimulation - Finding The Male G-Spot

What is the The Male G-Spot?

The Male G-Spot Prostate Glad StimulationMany men have never experienced the pleasures of their prostate, perhaps because there was little information about it until recently, others have been concerned that anything anal is "dirty", some have thought that only gay men enjoy anal sex. This is simply not true. The prostate should be thought of as a little pleasure gland which men can choose to use if they wish.

The Prostate gland is located about 4cm (1.6 inches) inside the anus. It's job is to create prostatic fluid, which combines with sperm and fluid from the seminal vesicles to create seamen. The prostate is a small soft organ (about the size of a chestnut) which contains lots of nerve endings and very sensitive to the touch.

Although not impossible, it is very awkward to simulate your own prostate manually, which is why the Aneros can be a wonderful toy for the purpose. Some men are often embarrassed to ask their partner to give them prostate stimulation, but getting a loved one to do it is much better and far more relaxing than doing it yourself. Any man that has received an expertly conducted prostate massage never forgets it!

What is the Prostate Glad?

The Prostate Gland is located about halfway between the testicles and rectum and is wrapped around the urethra (the urethra is the outlet that discharges urine and semen from the penis). Imagine a pipe passing through the hole of a doughnut. The pipe is the urethra and the doughnut is the prostate.

How Do I Stimulate It?

Take a shower first to help in relieve any worries about cleanliness. You can even do this exploration in the shower. Bear in mind that since feces only travels through the rectum on the way out of the body, you’re only likely to a tiny amount of feces. Also, if you have a bowel movement before you begin, that helps alleviate the fear of losing control of your bowels during anal play.

Trim your nails. You don’t want anything that can nick or scratch coming into contact with the sensitive lining of your anus. If you're playing with toys, make sure there are no abrasive edges (sometimes anal beads have rough edges which can be smoothed out with a nail file.)

Turn yourself on. Because the prostate swells when aroused, it’s easier to locate when you’re hot and bothered so watch an adult movie, masturbate, fantasize...whatever gets you in the mood.

Get in a comfortable position. If you're going solo, you might find lying on your side works best. You can also try squatting, or putting your legs up in the air while lying on your back and reaching between your legs. If your partner is massaging your prostate, the latter position is probably the easiest. It might help to prop your butt up on a pillow.

Massage your anus and perineum. The perineum is located between the testicles and above the anus and feels good when touched. Massage your anus using a rhythmic, circular motion, and gently push on the anus as if you're ringing a doorbell. This will help relax the anal sphincter.

Enter the anus. Breathe deeply, and as you exhale, push out (as if you’re trying to go to the bathroom) while inserting a well-lubed finger. Once inside, rest a moment while you get used to the sensation of having something in your anus. Invest in a good lubricant for your anal explorations.

Locate the prostate. About two inches in you may be able to feel a walnut-shaped bump if you stroke toward your belly. Your partner may be able to find it more easily than you; if you're masturbating now is a good time to switch to a toy.

Insert an anal sex toy or Prostate Stimulator  Choose a slightly curved butt plug, add lubricant, and insert it using the same steps you used to insert your finger. Insert it so the curve is pointing toward your belly, not toward your back. Anal Plugs are designed to stay lodged in place, so you pleasure yourself in other ways without worrying about the toy slipping out.

Play with your penis. Masturbate in your favorite way, paying attention to the sensations coming from the prostate. Try squeezing your PC Muscle (the one you use to stop a stream of urine).

Try different toys. Experiment with different anal toys: you might prefer the in-and-out motion of a slim dildo, the popping motion of anal beads, or the steady buzz of an anal vibrator. Remember to relax and have fun! Experiment with different types of motion with your toy, from firm pressure to more rapid motion.
