If you suffer from premature ejaculation, you can feel embarrassed and can affect your overall well being.  Here are some tips that may help you prolong your sexual performance.

Make your bedroom fun last.  Depending on such as factors as psychological and biological health issues, stress levels, and possibly certain medications, some men can have a hard time with premature ejaculation. Some studies show that about one in three men have a problem with premature ejaculation. It is understandable to be embarrassed to suffer from premature ejaculation.  This problem can then lead to anxiety, depression, and strain on your relationships.  For those individuals that are having issues with premature ejaculation, there are many treatment options such as sexual therapy, medications, and certain techniques that can be prescribed by your doctor.  Here are some helpful tips that may help with premature ejaculation.

Use a climax control condom.  First of all, it is very important to practice safe sex! Climax control condoms such as Durex Performax condoms contain a desensitizing lubricant, Benzocaine inside the condom to help delay ejaculation.  With these condoms, the Benzocaine is only on the inside so your partner will not lose any sensation in her genitalia.

Apply a Desensitizing Lubricant or spray - Use a desensitizing lubricant such as Durex Play Longer to prolong the pleasure.  This lubricant is water soluble and safe to use with condoms except for polyurethane condoms.  There are also desensitizing sprays available that reduces hypersensitivity.

Use an erection ring during sex - erection rings or cock rings are worn at the base of the penis.  The erection rings help keep blood inside the penis for a harder, more rigid erection.  Studies show that erection rings also help to control the urge to ejaculate.
