Studies show that less than 50% of women can achieve an orgasm during sexual intercourse alone, myself being among them.  This can cause tension and potentially ruin a relationship.  If you are among the women who are unable to achieve an orgasm during sexual intercourse, please be assured that there is nothing physically wrong with you.  For the men who are unable to make their female partners orgasm during sexual intercourse, it does not mean you are not adequate enough for her, or that you are doing something wrong.

If you have tried different techniques of foreplay such as cunnilingus, or utilizing fingers on the genitals, this may have helped the female to achieve an orgasm that way.  However, when you have sex, this is the final act that truly bonds one another together physically and emotionally.  If the female partner has been unable to have an orgasm, this can be
extremely frustrating.

Incorporating a vibrator into sexual intercourse can be a solution to help the female achieve an orgasm.  There are several different types of vibrators that could work well.

If you are looking for something powerful, but small enough to not get in the way, the Berman Center Athena is a product you may want to look at.  It offers a single powerful speed with four interchangeable heads, which provide different massage sensations.  This is a great vibe that is light, small, and can be easily held up to the clitoris during sexual intercourse for extra stimulation.  This vibrator is also very affordable as it sells for under $20.

Another type of adult product that can be effective to help her achieve an orgasm during intercourse, but also provide some benefits for the male partner are vibrating erection rings.  For some individuals, you may feel hesitant about wearing something around your penis, out of fear of discomfort.  However, most of the vibrating rings are made of flexible and soft
materials to ensure your utmost comfort.  Studies also show that erection rings also help prolong an erection and keep blood in the penis for an enhanced sensation during intercourse.  The erection rings are designed to be worn at the base of the penis. Typically the vibrating erection rings have one or two stimulators.  The vibrating part stimulates the clitoris upon contact.  For example, the Diving Dolphin has two bullet stimulators, to stimulate the clitoris and her anal region.  This model's vibrations are controlled by a corded control to adjust the speeds of the bullet stimulators. If you prefer one without a corded controller, then the Double Dolphin is an option as well.

If you are feeling a little adventurous and want to try something really different, the We-Vibe II is another option.  This vibrator can actually be worn by the woman during sexual intercourse.  It is designed to rest on her clitoris and also hit her G-spot with its curved design.  This is a rechargeable vibrator, and offers nine modes of stimulation.  It is made of
100% medical grade silicone.  It may be pricey for some as it sells for over $100.
