Is sexual intimacy thin on the ground with you and your partner these days? Maybe it's a new baby that's keeping you apart or perhaps your sex life has ceased to interest you.

Is sexual intimacy thin on the ground with you and your partner these days? Maybe it's a new baby that's keeping you apart or perhaps your sex life has ceased to interest you.

Whether you're a newly wed or an experienced mum, rest assured that it's possible to improve your sex life through a few simple steps.

Spice up your sex life and the improvements could be vast!

  1. Play with sex toys. A varied selection of good sex toys can be a great way to add some spice to your sex life. And these days, it's even possible to find a range of sex toys stores online that will deliver straight to your home in discreet packaging.
  2. Dress up. This may seem a bit too kinky - but if it's going to improve your sex life, what have you got to lose? Chat to your partner about your sexual fantasies. Whether it's bondage or cowboys-and-Indians, you could find the answer to your sex life woes.
  3. Speak to each other. If you're feeling undersexed, the chances are your partner is too. Talk about what you both want out of sex, your particular likes and dislikes, and how to make more time for sex. You might see an improvement in more than just your sex life!
  4. Exercise more. Studies have shown that some exercises, like cycling, can boost the sexual performance of both men and women, as the blood flow through the body's vessels improves. Conversely, life as a couch-potato is almost certain to restrict your blood flow, making it harder for you to feel sexually aroused.

However, if it's not your combined sexual appetite that's the problem, then there's just one solution: leave the kids with a friend! This will give you ample time to improve your sex life - at least until they return.
