Survey results have also shown that women are more likely to take items from the hotel rooms including shampoos and conditioners, which are acceptable items to take. However, items that are also found to be taken by women that are not found to be acceptable by the hotel are bath robes, blowdryers, and even toilet paper. The survey also showed that women were ordering more porn than they were ten years ago. The percentage rose from 8 percent to 12 percent.
There was also an increase in the amount of guests that were caught on tape engaging in sexual behavior in various public areas such as the stairwell, pool, spa, and in the hallways.
Staff of the Novotel hotel group have also reportd some interesting items that were left behind after checkout. Phone charges, sex toys, lingerie, are items that have been left. Even more astounding are items such fake limbs, a nun's habit, and false teeth. One incident reported in the hotel was a hotel staff member that got hit in the head with a sex toy that was thrown off a balcony by a jealous husband.
Next time you check into a hotel, make sure you don't leave anything behind, especially one of your prized vibrators!
