orgasmWhether you are playing alone or with a partner, the best part of all your sexual play is the final act...the orgasm.  When you are about to have the orgasm, you feel as if your body is going to explode with pleasure.  Having an orgasm also has its potential health benefits.

An orgasm can be your best friend. It can relax you when you are stressed by the release of endorphins that produces a calming effect. It can make you sleepy when you are tossing and turning. It can brighten your day and put you in a good mood. An orgasm can bring two lovers closer together. There are all different types of orgasms. There are the orgasms that are quick and to the point of release. Another type of orgasm is when you slowly build to the ultimate climax, and when you have the orgasm, it is so intense and you feel it throughout your entire body. Then there are the lucky individuals who can have multiple orgasms, producing waves of immense pleasure soon after one another.

What is great about an orgasm is that you can have one by yourself, or share in your experience with another partner. You do not have to depend on someone else to give you an orgasm. In some cases, some women have difficulty havng an orgasm through sexual intercourse. In a recenty study, almost 50% of women are able to achieve an orgasm through masturbation. Masturbation can be done with your fingers or by utilizing a sex toy such as a vibrator or dildo. There are many types of vibrators including clitoral vibrators, G-spot vibrators, Rabbit vibrators, etc. Depending on the type of stimulation you prefer, there is an adult product to suit your preference.

According to several studies, there are numerous benefits to having an orgasm. In addition to stress relief and helping you to relax so you can fall asleep, an orgasm helps you in other aspects of your well being. Several studies show that having an orgasm can work as a natural pain reliever. When you have an orgasm, endorphins are released by your body during sex and can help to increase your tolerance of pain. Orgasms can also help you burn calories. Certain research also shows that having an orgasm can calm your cravings for junk food as well as cigarettes, which is a very positive thing.

In summation, whether you are in a relationship and are having sex, or if you masturbate, remember that having an orgasm can improve your well-being.
