This is a very neat toy. No tonly for the tounge part that it is advertised as (though sometimes difficult to get the bands to stay on your tounge). However my favorite way to do it is to use the smaller band and attach it to my finger and apply it internally directly on my wifes G-spot. Lots of fun and make using a toy a little more intimate.
