I agree this does not pack much or a punch vibration wise.With manipulation this can get you off and the large nub sits nicely on the G-spot.I found the batteries @ a local chain known for selling stuff for no more than $1. The vibrations seem to intensify in the shower and this ultra quiet vibe cant be heard over the water even from two feet away.This vibrator is the quietest one I own so if you're looking for discreet this may be the one for you.Although this item takes manipulation to get me off,I'm VERY happy to own it!!!!!I really want to give this three and a half star rating.
