It arrived very quickly, and after a couple of days, I got to use it (had company an entire weekend). It worked great the first time, but the second time I used it, it stopped, then came back on, then stopped again. Possibly a connection issue inside the wand, but it was disappointing that I only really got one good use out of it before it broke.
